We have actively produced hundreds of playlists since around 2016 when streaming music started to kick off. The idea began as a requirement for good music to be played always from day one (May 2017). I didn’t want customers to hear the same song twice on any visit, or just hope they don’t notice because it was foreign. Tough concept to maintain, monthly playlists were born in 2019 after becoming tired of the rotating 35 hour monstrosity playlists that I had been accumulating.
So the unintentional music archive was born. Every month my goal is to hit at least 100 new tracks which equates to around 7 hours of music which is almost a full day in the shop. It’s mainly new / re releases and the odd classic I’ve came across that I may or may not of heard before.
This is a compilation of literally thousands of hours spent listening to music all day at work for nearly a decade.
